How Much Does Pressure Washing Cost in St. Petersburg FL

Hey folks, it's Josh from Elite Carpentry Restorations right here in Lealman. Folks keep asking me how much pressure washing actually runs around St. Petersburg and the rest of Pinellas. Fair question. Down here the humidity, pollen from the live oaks, and that salt breeze off the Gulf chew up exteriors faster than most people expect.

Typical house exterior work for a single-story place usually lands somewhere in the $200 to $500 range. Bigger two-story homes or heavier algae buildup push it higher. Driveways commonly run $150 to $300 depending on size and oil stains. Patios, pool decks, and sidewalks sit in a similar ballpark. Full packages that cover the house, driveway, and walkways often fall between $400 and $650.

What drives the number is square footage, how thick the green and black stuff has gotten, access, and whether soft washing is the right call. High pressure works fine on concrete. Soft washing with the right solution is safer for stucco, painted siding, and screens so you don't force water where it shouldn't go or damage the surface. I've watched too many places get over-blasted and end up with bigger problems later.

Waterfront spots near the bay or farther out toward Clearwater and Dunedin pick up salt residue quicker, so they sometimes need more frequent attention. Same goes for shaded yards that stay damp after our rainy stretches. Regular cleaning keeps the mildew from holding moisture against the walls and makes the place look cared for.

I don't do cookie-cutter pricing. Every house is different. Give me a call and I'll look at your place, explain what it needs, and give you a straight number. No surprises. Free estimates. We cover St. Pete, Largo, Seminole, Pinellas Park, and the surrounding areas within about 30 miles.
